iTUNES CHARTS: Soundtracks and alt-folk groups are amply represented in the Top 10 albums this morning, as Pitch Perfect continues to grow and Les Miz holds strong, while The Civil Wars join The Lumineers—who should pick up additional momentum from their SNL appearance tomorrow night. But the top spot belongs to the debuting A$AP Rocky, who will be in the same spot on next Tuesday’s chart, way ahead of the field. Meanwhile, in singles land, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have reached critical mass, actually topping the force of nature that is Justin Timberlake. In all, these two Top 10s form a real-time snapshot of the stylistic diversity that characterizes the morphing mainstream in early 2013. And that’s a very good thing, boys and girls. (1/18a)
