L.A. Reid's Pre-Grammy Hoopla

REID BETWEEN THE LINES: Grammy week continued apace last night at Beachers Madhouse in the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, where Epic chief L.A. Reid held a showcase for new label signing, New Zealand chanteuse Ginny Blackmore, who belted out her hit “Bones” for a crowd that included new Vested in Culture boss Sylvia Rhone and noted DreamWorks mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg, who offered to sign one of the horizontally challenged servers flying over the VIP crowd to a multi-year deal for his upcoming, politically correct live action Snow White and the Seven Little People. Others on hand included co-hosts Michael Strahan and Tricky Stewart, fellow X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger, Ciara, Karmin, Afrojack, Leah LaBelle, A&R whiz Chris Anokute and Gilbere Forte. (2/8p)
