Mike Harris EVP/GM at Caroline

CAROLINE YES : We've kind of told you twice already, but now it's official--with a new head shot! Hot on the heels of Dom Pandiscia being named prexy of Caroline (see our item from 2/19), Capitol Music Group's independent services division has appointed Mike Harris EVP/GM. In his New York post, Harris will work with Pandiscia to oversee marketing, promotion, sales, branding, synch/licensing and finance, among other services and revenue sources. “Mike and I have worked together for many years, and I’m thrilled to be continuing our association as we fulfill our mandate to take Caroline to new heights," Pandiscia declared. "Mike’s leadership of EMI’s Label Services unit since 2010, and his knowledge of the independent sector of the music business makes him all the more valuable as we design and execute our plans for Caroline’s growth.” CMG EVP Michelle Jubelirer added, "Mike is a well-known and highly regarded executive whose expertise within the independent artist and label worlds makes him an important force for Caroline."
