FUNKIER THAN A MOSQUITO'S TWEETER: Put this in your hashtag and smoke it: Twitter is about to roll out a Twitter Music app for iPhone and iPad, possibly by month's end. After acquiring music-discovery company We Are Hunted, CNET reports, the social-media giant began developing the app, which would suggest music to users based on their follows, with tunes streamed via SoundCloud. The quest to write lyrics in 140 characters or fewer begins now. (3/14p)
