Legacy Ups Jim Parham

HIS LEGACY STARTS HERE: Sony’s Legacy Recordings has restructured its U.S. Global Marketing Department, according to President Adam Bloch, promoting Jim Parham to SVP, reporting to EVP Lyn Koppe. The move reflects the label’s commitment to “progressive marketing” of its roster. Parham’s duties will include overseeing and coordinating the global marketing plans for the artist roster, including Michael Jackson, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, AC/DC, Johnny Cash and Neil Diamond. He is also a superstar in South Africa, where he is known as Rodriguez’ marketing exec. (4/8a)
