Two promotions at BMG LA

BOY/GIRL DUO: BMG Chrysalis’ offices on Wilshire Blvd. are full of smiley faces today, following the simultaneous promotions of Allegra Willis and Rob Christensen to the twin posts of Directors, Film & TV Licensing. Joined at the hip (except for bathroom visits), the two will jointly oversee the day-to-day operations, functions and direction of the BMG Chrysalis U.S. Film & TV Licensing department. Before becoming part of BMG Chrysalis in October 2011 as Sr. Manager and Manager, respectively, Allegra and Rob worked in the Bug Music, Film & Visual Media department. Both are avid music and media enthusiasts and have remarkable knowledge of the company’s catalog and pop culture in general, according department head Wendy Griffiths, who seems particularly fond of both—but which one does she like better? She’s not sayin’. (4/24a)
