Michael's Ghost Haunts Trial

THRILLER: So, remember when we told you about that juicy exchange on Monday between the judge in the Michael Jackson trial and AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips, the one where the judge was all, like, "You better answer those questions, buddy"? Well, forget about that shit. Because according to multiple sources including The New York Post, Phillips testified yesterday about a conversation he had with psychic Brenda Richie, who in turn claimed to have talked to a medium who contacted the ghost of Michael Jackson. We'll give you a second. Yep, apparently MJ's spirit cleared Dr. Conrad Murray of all wrongdoing and explained that he'd "accidentally killed himself," Phillips said Richie told him. The jury laughed and Jackson family attorney Brian Panish objected to the "triple hearsay" nature of the testimony, but the judge let it stand. This tall tale allegedly explained Phillips' email that said, "I think I know what MJ died of and this would exonerate Conrad." Can this thing get any weirder? We're betting it can. (6/12p)
