JUSTIN CASE: Various sources report that a former Atlantic Records intern has filed a class-action suit in the New York Supreme Court to recover unpaid wages from his 2007-08 tenure there. Justin Henry, who's said to be suing on behalf of more than 100 others, seeks minimum-wage and overtime compensation for the work he did at the label, where he claims he was often obliged to work more than 40 hours per week doing white-collar chores and retrieving employee lunches. New York's statute of limitations gives employees six years to pursue such action. In a related story, an intern at UMPG complained that after many tireless hours spent rolling blunts of the finest bud for staffers, he was given only shake for his own joints. (6/18a)
