THEIR AMES IS TRUE: Ticketmaster International CEO and former WMG ruler/EMI exec Roger Ames has a new project—co-managing (with Scruffy Bird Management's Duncan Ellis) RCA’s Irish alternative band Kodaline. The band hit #3 on the U.K. album chart (and #1 in their native country) last week with their full-length debut, In a Perfect World. Single "All I Want," meanwhile, has gotten early love from SiriusXM's Alt Nation and The Spectrum. World will be released Stateside on 10/8, with the Love Like This EP streeting 7/16. The Dublin-bred foursome have earned plaudits and support from BBC Radio 1, MTV and the UK press; they're on the Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds festivals and will be supporting Bruce Springsteen in London.
