Third Man to press MCHG vinyl

PRESSING CONCERNS: Jack White’s Third Man Records announced yesterday that it will release the vinyl version of Magna Carta Holy Grail, which will contain the bonus track, "Open Letter." The Nashville-based indie previously released the vinyl for Interscope’s soundtrack to The Great Gatsby (containing White’s over-the-top take on U2’s “Love Is Blindness”), with music “curator” Jay-Z in the room for the mastering—and he was apparently impressed enough to make a return visit. In other Third Man activity, the label is releasing a 12-inch in its Live at Third Man series culled from Divine Fits’ June 17 performance at Jack’s joint. (7/11a)
