CW to broadcast iHeart festival perfs

iHEART TV: Performances from the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas will once again air on the CW network this year as part of the official launch of the network's new season. The shows will air over two nights, on 9/30 and 10/1. As we noted earlier, the festival will go down at the MGM Grand on the weekend of 9/20-21 and will feature Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Elton John, J. Cole, Ke$ha, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus, Muse, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Tim McGraw, Phoenix, Queen + Adam Lambert, AWOLNATION, Avril Lavigne and more. The lineup for UMPG's iHeartWeed Festival, meanwhile, has been expanded to include Afroman and the Santa Monica Hacky Sack team. (7/17p)
