"FIRST TIME" IS THE CHARM: As we told you it would, the video for "First Time" by the Jonas Brothers (Jonas Enterprises) bowed on iHeartRadio.com and Clear Channel station websites nationwide yesterday, marking the beginning of the company's video initiative. Nick Jonas directed the exuberant, Vegas-set clip, which features much frolicking in the sun and bikini-clad girls. The debut earned hundreds of thousands of views in its first day and heavy media pickup, ahead of Richard Palmese and team's Pop chart debut this coming Monday. (7/18p)
