EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SYNCH: BMG Chrysalis has lured Ryan Fitch from the world of advertising to serve as point man to the industry he’s just departed. Fitch, who’s bestowed the job title Director, Marketing, Film & TV/Advertising, hails from Saatchi & Saatchi, where he spent 10 years matching songs with brands. He remains in the Big Apple and reports to Dan Rosenbaum, who holds the similarly unwieldy title of VP of Marketing & Licensing, Film & TV. "I've always admired BMG for being ahead of the curve and a leader in the music industry," Fitch offered. "I'm looking forward to working with their immersive catalog, and to watching the final season of Mad Men. The inside word is that Don Draper becomes a pot dealer." (7/25a)
