CRUSH STORY: Crush Management's Dan Kruchkow has been bumped up from Head of Digital to CMO. In his new post he'll ride herd on Crush's marketing department while remaining in charge of digital strategy at the New York-based company, which handles Fall Out Boy, Train and Panic! At the Disco, among other acts. Prior to joining Crush in 2008, Kruchkow was SVP of Global Digital Initiatives at IDJ and was involved in the development of music-video giant VEVO. Rumors that he also once fashioned a wireless router out of a UMPG vaporizer couldn't be confirmed at presstime. (7/25p)
