DOCTOR BECOMES JUDGE: It hasn't been announced yet, but multiple sources say it's a done deal: Dr. Luke will join American Idol's judging panel for Season 13. He'll be flanked by Jennifer Lopez and Keith Urban (the latter being the only judge officially announced by Fox). Randy Jackson, meanwhile, returns as mentor, in the Jimmy Iovine spot. The Grammy-nominated producer/writer/remixer has had more hits than you've had hot dinners. No word yet on whether he'll be allowed to auto-tune contestants on the air: "You're were a little pitchy, but I fixed it." (8/26p)
