"Berzerk" prime-time college football theme
GOIN’ “BERZERK” AT THE BIG HOUSE: Eminem’s old-school rallying cry “Berzerk” (which is presently #4 on the iTunes singles chart, btw) will be the featured song on the 2013 season of ABC’s Saturday Night Football. The lead single from The Marshall Mathers LP 2 (11/5, Aftermath/Interscope) will be used as the open for the telecast, in highlight packages and coming in and out of commercial breaks. ESPN will televise a sneak peek of Eminem’s official video for “Berzerk” tomorrow night at halftime of the Notre Dame-Michigan game. Marshall and ESPN will also collaborate on a clip of the song for exclusive use on Saturday Night Football throughout the season, from 9/14 to 12/7. Go Irish. (9/6p)
