Ken Hertz water project

BEST STREAMING INITIATIVE YET: "I'm not usually excited about my birthday," writes super-attorney Ken Hertz. But he's feeling particularly good this year, having saluted his daughters' work with kids in the developing world by setting up a birthday fund to raise money for clean water projects. "Millions of kids around the world don't live to see their fifth birthday because they don't have access to clean, safe drinking water," reads his message on the site. Hertz is asking everyone he knows to chip in his age in dollars (that'd be $54) or more by going here. As of this writing he's just a few bucks from his goal of $54k, but why stop there? (9/23p)
