DOWNLOADS AND CHIPS: "Royals" regains its perch on the singles side of the iTunes U.K. charts, which must be a comfort to the monarchy. We also see a splashy arrival by Justin Bieber's "Hold Tight." James Blunt sinks a bit on the song chart but both the deluxe and standard versions of his album are going strong. The same is true for album queen Katy Perry, whose PRISM comes out tomorrow.
