TJ MARTELL

A COOLER MILLION: The TJ Martell Foundation has announced that it raised over $1m with its 2013 Artworks for the Cure event. The three-day confab featured art exhibitions and auctions to raise funds, and day 2 (10/12) included the Spirit of Excellence award dinner, where honorees included manager and Atom Factory chief Troy Carter and UMG's Rob Wells. Colbie Calliat performed several songs that evening as well. The foundation has provided over $260m to the fight against AIDS, cancer and leukemia since its inception in 1975. (10/21p)
