Haim on SNL

ICYMI: On a related subject, not many of the acts appearing in the coveted “musical guest” slot on SNL this fall have managed to move the needle—until HAIM delivered the goods this weekend with absolutely killer performances of current single “The Wire” and the equally infectious album track “Don’t Save Me,” rocketing Days Gone By into the iTunes Top 10. The band's appearance two nights earlier on VH1's You Oughta Know In Concert (see 11/22 item with video) certainly scored them some points as well.
