That makes the clip, which debuted in 2010, the video behemoth's most-watched clip ever. It may also be the most watched anything ever, but we can't say for sure. Bieber, who has 11 certified music videos, is also the most popular YouTube artist of all time and continues to dominate the socials, generating the kind of numbers most public figures can scarcely dream about.
