Candice/iTunes snafu

IDOL SPECULATION: As American Idol Season 12 winner and 19/Interscope artist Candice Glover debuts at retail this week, wonderers are wondering about the impact of an apparent prior iTunes snafu. Pre-orders on Glover’s album began last May; in October, some 11k of those were accidentally redeemed, possibly as the result of a technical glitch on Apple’s side. No music was delivered at that time, as the album had not yet been serviced to the e-tailer, but the preorders were marked as fulfilled. What happened? (2/24p)
