Kanye needs help and big brothers; Jay Z’s team, led by uber-manager Jay Brown, could help provide some much needed focus and stability, as the Kanye career arc has flattened out somewhat. Meanwhile, longtime manager Izzy Zivkovic, handling day-to-day with RN’s Dan Weisman, will provide continuity. West’s career first took off when he served as a producer for Jay Z, and the pair later collaborated on 2011’s massive Watch the Throne album.
