HOUSE MUSIC: VH1's Palladia has renewed the reality/music series Live From Daryl's House, starring Pop icon Daryl Hall who, with longtime collaborator John Oates, is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2014 inductee. The show, a JV between Hall's Good Cop Bad Cop Productions and Palladia, with the Pop icon and manager Jonathan Wolfson as exec producers, has featured musical guests such as Smokey Robinson, Cee Lo Green, Joe Walsh, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, Rob Thomas and Shelby Lynne, among many others. Guests for the new season will be announced later this year. The award-winning Daryl's House began online before graduating to TV. Renewing the show, says VH1 and Palladia EVP Rick Krim, "is a no-brainer" given viewer response to the show, which "captured the unexpected magic that can happen when talented artists relax and create music together."
