The Mad Ave firm is a partnership between Stillwell Partners, the NYC-based consultancy behind industry confab Advertising Week, and music-biz veteran Kenny Ochoa. Ochoa, the new entity's CEO, has lately been a music hook-up for The Lego Movie, Samsung, Apple and the NCAA, among others. Quiver will provide strategy, acquisition, music supervision, original production, third-party representation and publishing and admin.
