Bosshouse-Round Hill Deal

WHO’S THE BOSS? Pubco Round Hill Music has partnered with Bosshouse Music and its Transphonic in-house label, while acquiring 75% of Bosshouse's back catalog and forming a joint venture on all future catalog. Bosshouse-owned songs have been featured on such shows as True Blood, Hemlock Grove, Pretty Little Liars and ER, with 1,000-plus placements in all. “We’re absolutely thrilled to now be part of the Round Hill Music family and have our songs and scores living under the same roof with classics like ‘I Saw Her Standing There,’ ‘From Me to You,’ ‘She Loves You’ and ‘When a Man Loves a Woman,’” Bosshouse founders/composers Stephen Phillips and Tim P. said in unison for the purposes of the announcement, exhibiting perfect pitch.
