The corresponding book will be written by Matthew Benjamin. As you're undoubtedly aware, the Memphis soul label saw massive success (primarily in the '60s) with a rough-hewn alternative to Motown, spawning hits from Otis Redding, Isaac Hayes, Booker T. & the M.G.'s and many more.
