IT’S ABOUT TIME: Sam Smith is the final performer to be announced for Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards at the Fab Forum. The Capitol phenom’s “Stay With Me” is nominated Best Male Music Video, along with Pharrell Williams' "Happy," John Legend's "All of Me," Ed Sheeran's "Sing" and Eminem & Rihanna's "Monster." He also an MTV Artist to Watch nominee, pitting him against labelmates 5 Seconds of Summer ("She Looks So Perfect"), Charli XCX ("Boom Clap"), Fifth Harmony ("Miss Movin On") and ScHoolboy Q  ("Man of the Year"). Smith joins a potent lineup of performers that includes Iggy Azalea, Beyoncé, 5SOS, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Nicki Minaj, Rita Ora, Taylor Swift and Usher. (8/19p)
