Vibe Debuts for PM

BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED: This week we see two artists debut in our Vibe-Raters roundup of buzzing acts: Island's Nick Jonas and Last Gang/Warner Bros.' Death From Above 1979. With "Jealous," the leadoff single from his solo debut (due 11/11), Jonas—who, of course, rose to global fame fronting The Jonas Brothers—was Top 10 Most Added at Pop radio in his first week and is only gaining momentum; it's been rising at iTunes as well. The Phil McIntyre-managed artist kicks off his tour on 9/22, with Seth Meyers and The Today Show, among other big looks, on his itinerary. With their sophomore release streeting this week, meanwhile, the Canadian dance-punk outfit Death From Above 1979 is earning major love at Alternative, Active and Rock radio, with Letterman this week and their video premiering now on Noisey by Vice. Find out more about all the Vibe action here. (9/11p)
