' Beggars Group, which houses labels 4AD, Matador, Rough Trade, XL and Young Turks, has made some major changes to its promo department. The company welcomes Brien Terranova as Senior Director Promotions, while upping Risa Matsuki to VP Promotions and Hector Montes to National Director Promotions. Matsuki and Montes (the latter specializing in Specialty, College and Non Comm AAA radio) are based out of the company's New York offices. After 19 years in Virgin/Capitol's promo department, Terranova will join Beggars in their West Coast offices, focusing on Alt, AAA, Hot AC and Top 40 and reporting directly to Matsuki. The three are currently ordering a kind of tea you've never heard of, but you will. (10/6p)
