And then there were three…new Vibe-Rater entries that is.

T-Pain, Chevelle and VV Brown are the latest additions to HITS’ Sweet Sixteen of new and developing artists on the verge of breakthroughs, according to this week’s chart.

Rapper/producer/autotune maven T-Pain’s fourth Happy Boy/RCA studio release, Revolver, comes out on Dec. 6, with the first single, “5 o’Clock,” already wowing Urban and Crossover PDs, with Top 40 also climbing aboard. The video debuted on VEVO with more than 1.2 million in four day7s, with Chris Brown tour dates starting Oct. 7 through Nov. 26. For the full entry, click here.

Chicago-based alt-metal rockers Chevelle’s sixth studio LP, and fifth for Epic, is slated for release Dec. 6, with the first single, “Face to the Floor,” already added at both PoMo and Active stations ahead of next week’s official add date, including heavy hitters like KROQ already aboard. Look for national tour dates ongoing with Bush through end of October. For more information, go here.

U.K. pop singer/songwriter VV Brown returns for her sophomore release, Lollipops & Politics, with an Oct. 17 Top 40 add date for first track, “Children (Keep on Singing).” Hot Adult station KSCF is already out front on the single. Look for select U.S. tour dates in first part of November. Glamour, V and Marie Claire are among the press outlets with articles on tap, while a music segment will be featured in upcoming Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. See complete entry here.
