RMG Restructures Under CEO Peter Edge and President/COO Tom Corson, with Joe Riccitelli Heading Promotion

The RCA Music Group team is now in place under CEO Peter Edge and President/COO Tom Corson.

Joe Riccitelli will now lead the Pop/Rock promotion teams, with Mark Pitts remaining President Urban Music/Bystorm Entertainment.

Keith Naftaly, Rani Hancock and David Wolter will move into senior A&R positions. Geo Bivins will run the Urban promotion staff and Mika El-Baz will spearhead the publicity team.

Bob Anderson remains head of the sales staff, and the Film & Television Licensing/Strategic Marketing teams will continue to be overseen by Karen Lamberton, while Samantha Lecca remains in place to run the video production team.

The marketing department will be led by Aaron Borns, Lisa Cambridge and Carolyn Williams. Dan Zucker will continue to lead Business Affairs, while Cliff Silver is chief of finance.
