The Alzheimer’s Association will hold their 20 th annual “A Night at Sardis” fundraiser at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Wednesday, March 21.

The CBS TV crime show Unfogettable will receive the Abe Burrows Entertainment Award for its episode which included an Alzheimer’s plot line, raising awareness about the disease and its prevalence in society.

With as many as 5.4 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s and nearly 15 million people serving as caregivers, the entertainment community is coming together to raise funds to support care, support and research programs.

Among those on hand will be Kristen Bell, the cast of The Big Bang Theory, including Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik; Taye Diggs; Idina Menzel; Gilles Marini; Peter Gallagher; David Hyde Pierce; Wayne Brady; Lamorne Morris; Sean Hayes; Beth Behrs; Josh Radnor; Scott Porter; Zac Levi; Alfre Woodard; Marilu Henner; Patrick Cassidy; Jon Lovitz; Alfred Molina; Joey McIntyre and Steven Weber.

The cast will cover songs from some of Broadway’s most beloved musicals including Hair, Spamalot and Guys and Dolls.

The event will also honor Susan Disney Lord with the Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver of the Year Award. She was a caregiver for her mother, Patricia Disney, who recently died from Alzheimer’s at the age of 77. Disney Lord is a philanthropist, advocate, and active member of the Alzheimer’s Association California Southland Chapter Board of Directors.

Laurie Burrows Grad and Peter Grad have co-chaired this annual event for 20-years in honor of Laurie’s father, the late Tony and Pulitzer-winning playwright and director Abe Burrows. Over two decades, the event has contributed more than $19 million to critical Alzheimer’s Association care, support and research programs.
