SPOTLIGHT
Noah Gundersen
(www.facebook.com/noahgundersenmusic): An outside source turned us on to this Seattle-based writer/artist with a beautiful voice, and we’ve been in love ever since. Noah's latest EP, Family, pays homage to the people who have shaped his life—rather than the self-aggrandizing so common to the often homogeneous world of singer/songwriters. "Family comes in many forms," says Noah. "It lives with us, for better and for worse. It shapes us. That’s what this album is about." Keeping it in the family, Noah's sister Abby Gundersen, plays violin and sings harmonies on the EP. Noah will be performing in L.A. this Monday night at Bardot as part of Chris Douridas/KCRW's It's a School Night series—free show with RSVP to www.itsaschoolnight.com. Check out the official video for his song "David" here.
