Lil Wayne may be behind bars, but the physical release of his new Cash Money/Universal Motown album, I Am Not a Human Being, is climbing the walls, going to #1 on this week’s HITS album chart with 119k in sales, bringing his three-week total to 250k.

While Wayne moves #17-1, there are five newcomers in the Top 10, headed by Capitol Nashville/EMI Hootie alum Darius Rucker, whose sophomore country album, Charleston, SC 1966, bows at #2 with 101k.

Nickelodeon/Columbia teenpop TV stars Big Time Rush debut with BTR at #3, racking up 66k in sales, while Universal Republic Nashville sibling group The Band Perry bow with their self-titled album at #4 with 52k.

Shady/Aftermath/Interscope hip-hop star Eminem’s Recovery continues in the Top 5 at #5, with another 50k in sales, bringing its year-best total to over 2.8 million.

BNA/RCA Nashville’s Kenny Chesney adds another 42k to his total, good for #6, followed by Atlantic’s Zac Brown Band at #7. With Show Dog’s Toby Keith, last week’s chart-topper, at #9, that gives Country artists five of the Top 10.

Asthmatic Kitty hipster singer-songwriter Sufjan Stevens’ Age of Adz debuts t #8, while Prosthetic metalcore vets All That Remains enter at #10.

Other chart newcomers include Matador’s Belle & Sebastian (#19), Capitol Nashville’s Lady Antebellum Merry Little Christmas album (#22), Interscope’s Far*East Movement (#24), Eleven Seven Music’s Trapt (#25), Mom & Pop’s Joshua Radin (#30) and Rock Ridge Music’s Sister Hazel (#50).

Interscope’s Lady Gaga Fame (#36), Rounder’s Robert Plant (#37), Universal Republic’s Florence + the Machine (#38) and Kemosabe/RCA/RMG’s Ke$ha (#48) all return to the Top 50.

Columbia’s Miranda Lambert spots the biggest double-digit gainer of the week, with her album Revolution moving #44-38, +13%. Other positive moves are made by Arista/RMG’s Santana (#22-18, +4%), Capitol Nashville’s Lady Antebellum (#28, +2%) and Def Jam/IDJ’s Rick Ross (#43-40, +1%).

Hitting retail this week and headed for the top of the charts next are Mercury Nashville’s Sugarland and RCA/RMG’s Kings of Leon. Also on tap: Columbia’s Rocky Horror Glee Show album, Disney’s Hannah Montana, J/RMG’s Rod Stewart, Decca’s Elton John/Leon Russell, Sony Legacy’s Bob Dylan bootleg series and Sony Music Latin’s Shakira.
