The Twilight Saga: New Moon, the Chop Shop/Atlantic soundtrack to the sequel, lands at #1 in its first full week in stores, taking a healthy bite of the market with sales of 151k, 31% up from its abbreviated previous stint at retail.

Expect that total to stay pretty consistent leading to the movie’s Nov. 20 opening.

Curb country star Tim McGraw’s Southern Voice debuts at #2, with 140k, followed by Reprise’s Michael Buble (#3) and Roc Nation/Atlantic’s Jay-Z (#4), giving Warner Music Group’s WEA distribution arm the top four sellers in the country. Somewhere, probably in this week’s Airhead cartoon, Edgar Bronfman and Lyor Cohen are accepting plaudits for the feat.

Hollywood’s Miley Cyrus continues partying in the U.S.A. as her current Wal-Mart exclusive, Time of Our Loves, is at #5, trailed by Interscope’s Black Eyed Peas (#6) and Big Machine’s Taylor Swift (#7).

Columbia’s Barbra Streisand continues to sell at #9, while U.K. diva Joss Stone’s new Virgin album, Colour Me Free, a Target/iTunes exclusive, bows at #10.

Vagrant Germanic metal uber lords Rammstein top the list of Top 50 newcomers at #16, along with Curb/Lost Highway’s Lyle Lovett (#25) and Sub Pop’s daft Kiwis Flight of the Conchords (#30).

Roadrunner’s Nickelback (#409), Epic’s Michael Jackson Essential compilation (#41) and Atlantic’s Skillet (#44) all re-enter.

Malaco gospel icons BeBe and CeCe WinansStill continues to grow, up #28-15, +12%. Other gainers include Capitol Nashville’s Lady Antebellum (#37-28, +9%), Walt Disney’s Hannah Montana: The Movie (#38-31, +6%) and Atlantic’s Zac Brown Band (#14-12, +1%).

Hitting retail this week are Epic’s Michael Jackson’s This Is It companion piece, J RecordsRod Stewart, Brushfire/Universal Republic’s Jack Johnson acoustic album, Wind-up’s Creed, Universal Republic’s Taylor Swift with a new deluxe edition of Fearless featuring new songs, Intersope’s Wolfmother, Columbia’s Train, Fontana's Morningwood, Strange Music rap vets Tech N9ne and Victory acts Destrophy, Before There Was Rosalyn, Between the Buried and Me and a re-release of A Day to Remember's Homesick.
