Poprah (www.poprah.net; @poprah): You may recognize Poprah’s name from her time on VH1’s first season of I Want to Work for Diddy, but this standout young talent is making her mark in music, film, TV and fashion. Her name, a marriage of two inspirational forces in her life, Oprah Winfrey and P. Diddy, is just the beginning of this story. She acts, sings, raps and produces. As a recording artist formerly signed to Warner Bros. and BMG, Poprah had Top 20 hits throughout Europe and Asia, she’s been featured in publications all over the map and now she's now back on the second season of Diddy’s reality series. Hannah Georgas (http://www.upper-management.com/): This singer/songwriter from Vancouver is starting to create an serious buzz across the industry. Her new record, This Is Good, was produced by Howard Redekopp (Tegan and Sara) and Ryan Guldemond from Mother Mother. The weasels are sniffing, as meetings with RCA, Hollywood, Universal Motown, American Recordings and SideOneDummy have been set up.
