REHAB, HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD IN THE VIBE MIX

Rehab’s “Bartender Song” aka “Sittin’ at a Bar,” from their Universal Republic album Graffiti the World is garnering airplay at PoMo, Active and Rock, and now crossing big to Pop. The Top 40 callout includes WNKS, KZHT, WKZL, WSSX and Sirius Hits 1.

The band’s on tour with Kid Rock through Sept. 28, then headlines dates through November. CMT is now airing the video version featuring Hank Williams Jr.

A&M/Octone goth-rockers Hollywood Undead are a true viral phenomenon, blowing up on MySpace and now getting traction at Rock and Active for the single, “Undead,” from the album Swan Songs, thanks to a massive effort by James Diener and his label team.

Among the stations giving it rotation are KBPI, WXTB, WRIF, KIOZ, WJJO, WIYY, and WJRR, among others. Fuse is airing “No. 5” on Incoming, but vid for the explicit “Undead” is only available online.

MySpace LP premiere Sept. 2 garnered 435k hits, with another 425k the next day. Expect upcoming Rolling Stone piece, with KROQ “Locals Only” show Oct. 30. Over 60k of the album shipped, with a Top 20 HITS Album sales chart debut. For Vibe-Raters details, click here.
