That's one noteworthy thing that's different about them. Another is the prominence of oncoming rock powerhouse Fall Out Boy, whose insanely witty and catchy single "Sugar We're Going Down" (Island/IDJ) is taking America by storm. An exclusive live performance of the smash recorded for Sessions@AOL tops the video chart, unseating Bow Wow. With clips by Green Day, All American Rejects, the Click Five and Papa Roach all in the Top 11 and moving decisively upward, rock is making a big noise in VOD land. Does Hilary Duff, #1 on the Top 11 Searches chart, count as rock after acknowledging her relationship with the dude from Good Charlotte on the VMAs?
