SCHWAM UPPED TO ATLANTIC CFO

Twelve-year Veteran Takes on Expanded Role

Samantha Schwam has been named Senior VP and CFO of the Atlantic Group.

In her new post, where she will report to Atlantic Group Co-chairman and Co-CEO Val Azzoli, Schwam will oversee the company's financial and administrative functions

"Sam has literally worked her way up the ranks—from manager to CFO," Azzoli said. "As our industry and our company have evolved dramatically in recent years, Sam has played an increasingly important role in helping us create a new business model for a new era."

Schwam, who has been at the company for 12 years, had been Senior VP of Finance since 1998.

Schwam joined Atlantic Records in 1991 as manager of contract accounting and was promoted to VP of finance in 1995. She began her career in 1988 with the accounting firm Ernst & Young.
