"Kevin and Eric have both distinguished themselves as two of our industry’s most important radio programmers."
——Andy Schuon, President, Programming, Infinity

WEATHERLY UPPED TO SENIOR VP AT INFINITY BROADCASTING

Radio Giant Also Names Logan VP, Programming
Infinity Broadcasting has named Kevin Weatherly Senior Vice President, Programming, and Eric Logan Vice President, Programming. The moves, which were expected, were made by Andy Schuon, President, Programming, Infinity Broadcasting, to whom they will report.

Weatherly, who will continue his duties as Program Director for KROQ-FM, will stay based in Los Angeles, while Logan will relocate to New York.

"Kevin and Eric have both distinguished themselves as two of our industry’s most important radio programmers," Schuon said. "Kevin has continued, year after year, to grow the KROQ-FM brand in new and exciting ways. In a brief time, Eric re-branded WUSN-FM and set it on a remarkable course. Their exceptional knowledge, vision, programming instincts and business savvy will be a great compliment to our strong management team. I am confident they will continue to demonstrate their talents in these new positions."

In addition to continuing to oversee programming at KROQ-FM, Weatherly will work with Schuon on national programming initiatives, as well as working with individual stations on their local programming strategies.

A 10-year veteran of KROQ, Weatherly has helped lead the station to the top of the ratings in Los Angeles, as well as positioning it as one of the country’s most influential stations in the radio and music industry.

Weatherly started out at KROQ as Program Director and worked his way up to Vice President, Programming, Infinity Radio/Los Angeles, his most recent position. Previously, he was program director of Q106-FM San Diego, music director of KIIS-FM Los Angeles and KMEL-FM San Francisco.

As Infinity’s Vice President, Programming, Logan will work side-by-side with Schuon at Infinity Broadcasting’s New York headquarters and will concentrate on strategy, research, talent development and branding of the individual stations. A 15-year radio veteran, he has worked as a program director, operations manager, music director and on-air personality for stations in some of the country’s biggest radio markets, including his most recent job as Program Director for Infinity Broadcasting’s WUSN-FM Chicago.
