Capitol Records has finally gotten around to announcing the appointments of Mark DiDia and Larry Jacobson as Senior Vice Presidents.
The pair will function as a team, defending the city, fighting crime and developing and implementing long-term strategic goals for the company. DiDia and Jacobson will oversee all of the Tower’s day-to-day operations.
The two Senior VPs were also both recently GMs, DiDia at Hollywood Records and Jacobson at Giant.
"As a team, Mark and Larry bring an incredible synergy to Capitol," said Capitol President/CEO Andy Slater. "Their combined expertise will play an important role in the future direction and success of the label and its artists."
Both men are excited to move into their brand new corner offices and hope to actually meet Slater one day.
