LOUDENERGY MAKES SOME NOISE

Online Music Store Offers Artists 100% Of Retail Profits To Help Promote Site
Who needs middlemen in the Internet era?

LoudENERGY.com announced today the grand opening of its "100% Store," an online music retail site which offers artists 100% of the retail profits derived from sales of their CDs.

The website already has over 250,000 titles for sale, and over 7,000 bands registered with the store, ranging from signed acts like Offspring and Alanis Morissette to unsigned acts such as the Killingtons. And since LoudENERGY purchases its CDs from authorized music distributors, record labels will still be paid for their efforts, and the label's royalties to the artists remain intact.

Although LoudENERGY itself does not profit from the CD sales, CEO/President Ruben R. Lozano II says, "The financial benefits associated with having thousands of artists, worldwide, driving their fans to LoudENERGY will far outweigh the potential of capturing elusive online retail profits." With the artists' financial incentive to sell through the site, LoudENERGY is also expecting musicians to help promote them, thereby cutting down on advertising and marketing costs. Courtney Love has so far been unavailable for comment.

LoudENERGY also offers MP3 files, and an opportunity for users to interact with fellow fans, artists and several of the producers who have partnered with the online site to offer advice, critique, identify the best new music and charge pizza deliveries to the recording budget.
