GIGMANIA SPREADING EVERYWHERE

Even Pencillin Can't Control Content Provider
Like a computer virus, Gigmania is practically everywhere. The music content provider has nearly doubled its database and coverage range since its launch in fall 1999.

The site now houses bios, artist links, discographies, audio and video links for more than 80,000 artists. Its concert listings cover 5,500 cities, with 80% in the U.S. and 20% abroad. The site includes 25 hot "music scenes" as well as five recommended concerts for the region.

Gigmania offers CD and concert ticket sales. It also works with both major and indie record labels for artist giveaways. Currently, Gigmania is holding promotions for autographed Don Henley lithographs, k.d. lang concert tickets, autographed Indigo Girls posters and Macy Gray CDs. On deck are offerings for Counting Crows/Unified Theory tickets and Fuel CDs.

Gigmania provides syndicated music content to sites including Yahoo, AltaVista, Listen.com and Your Town by AOL's Digital City. And best of all, while you're surfing the site, you're only a click away from hitsdailydouble.com.
