MTVI’S INTERNET RADIO CONTENT WITH UNIVERSAL CONTENT
Sonicnet Joins UMG Artists Online, But Is Still Free To Date
Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate the union of music website network MTVi Group and Universal Music Group who have joined together in a non-exclusive content license and marketing union. The open marriage gives MTVi's radio.sonicnet use of music from UMG artists on its Internet radio stations, and in turn, UMG will work with MTVi on the marketing and research aspects of the venture.
Radio.sonicnet is an Internet radio station through Sonicnet.com that offers online listeners a variety of stations and genres, and now, UMG artists.
Said MTVi Group President/CEO Nicholas Butterworth when we told him we were from Pancakes.com: "UMG has an incredible roster of artist ranging from Mary J.
