Jeff Kwatinetz and Mike Green's The Firm will merge personal management assets with James Lassiter's Overbrook Entertainment.
Lassiter brings Will Smith and Jada Pinkett under the Firm's huge umbrella.
The Firm is home to such music acts as Backstreet Boys, Michael Jackson, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Enrique Iglesias, Orgy and others; actors like Martin Lawrence and Ice Cube; and directors such as Steve Carr.
The merged company is expected to start up new music, film and television companies as well as Internet ventures. In addition, the combined unit reportedly plans to make a large play on a hot Internet start-up in the near future.
