The Harry Fox Agency has filed its own suit against
MP3.com. Harry Fox may sue the dot-com for owed mechanical license fees as well as copyright infringement. What makes the suit by Harry Fox really different from that of the RIAA is that the settlement money might actually find its way back to the songwriters.
