AMAZON.COM NAMED NO. 1 ONLINE DESTINATION

Ticketmaster.com, Barnesandnoble.com Round Out Top Three, Survey Suspiciously Leaves Out Major Porn Sites
Amazon.com, the biggest Internet retailer, continued to attract the most online customers in April, according to a survey by PC Data, a Virginia firm that measures Internet traffic.

It was followed by Ticketmaster.com and barnesandnoble.com.

Amazon.com had more than 1.5 million buyers in April. Tickemaster.com had 633,000 buyers. Barnesandnoble.com drew 439,000 buyers, the survey showed. Sears.com jumped into the No. 5 position from No. 29 the month before, with 300,000 buyers in April. Staples.com moved up to No. 8 from No. 38, with 236,000 buyers last month.

Thanks to mandatory employee Internet time, Hitsdailydouble.com crested the 50 visitor mark just moments ago.
