Broadband interactive media provider Media Station, Inc. has teamed with LAUNCH Media to expand its SelectPlay service into music. SelectPlay will deliver LAUNCH's high-bandwith music content via broadband. LAUNCH, which is currently available to 300,000 subscribers, will soon be available to cable modem, DSL subscribers and anyone else with two tin cans and a piece of string.

ECAST OF CHARACTERS
Ecast, Inc. is teaming with Listen.com to provide music content information and recommendations on its broadband network. Ecast's "smart appliance" jukeboxes will allow listeners to search by song, artist or genre. Future models will inform users if their musical selection blows chunks and why.
