Republic pops some bubbly after Most Added honors at Pop for The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix and Austin Mahone, while they prep for another single from Lorde on the Alt side.

YOUR RADIO ADD RECAP

The Add Action at Top 40, Rhythm and Alternative

Hey, buddy! Let's take a look at what's new at three key Mediabase radio formats.

TOP 40
It was a big week for Republic at Top 40, nabbing three spots in the Most Added column including #1 Most Added The Chainsmokers’ “#Selfie,” along with Martin Garrix’s “Animals” and Austin Mahone f/Pitbull’s “Mmm Yeah.” Columbia reaches five weeks in a row on the list for John Legend’s “All of Me” and Beyonce f/Jay Z’s “Drunk In Love.” Team Interscope picks up two slots with Eminem’s “Headlights” and Disclosure’s “Latch.” Island/IDJ has a repeat appearance on the list with Mariah Carey’s “You’re Mine (Eternal),” and Black Magnetic/Epic picks up double-digit adds first week out on New Hollow’s “She Ain’t You.”

RHYTHM
It’s a Republic Daily Double as they nab the #1 and #2 Most Added spots with The Chainsmokers’ "#Selfie" and Young Money f/Drake’s "Trophies." IDJ also had a great week as Jhene Aiko’s "The Worst," YG f/Drake’s "Who Do You Love" and Jay Z f/Beyonce’s "Part II (On the Run)" are among the Most Added as well. Columbia's "Turn Down for What" by DJ Snake & Lil Jon and "Partition" by Beyonce also have impressive clean-up weeks. RCA's Justin Timberlake has a solid follow-up week, as well, with "Not a Bad thing."

ALTERNATIVE
Coldplay (Parlophone) returned to Modern Rock with their new single "Magic," yesterday, and it was the runaway add leader this week. After just one day, the single is already trending at #18 for the week. The other big winner was RCA's Bleachers, which had a big day with "I Wanna Get Better," as many majors, including KROQ, KITS, KYSR and WKQX, jumped in. RCA also had a nice week of close-out adds with Kings Of Leon’s latest single "Wait for Me." Republic had a strong showing on Birds Of Tokyo's "Lanterns" and also started the ball rolling on Lorde's "Glory and Gore." The highly reactive "Doses & Mimosas" from Cherub (Columbia) was also impressive with a strong week of adds.

OK, buddy, this has been great but I gotta take this. Buh-bye.
